Is there anywhere you can look up guild info based on their guild tag? Number of members, guild leader, anything at all?

You can look up their rating and ladder position on the official website. Other than that, I don't think so.

If the guild is documented on the Official Wiki then you can look there. Otherwise, you can google their guild tag (provided you have a rough idea on what you're looking for and it's not something generic) and you might get their Guild Website (assuming they have one) which will probably have member listings (the officers and leader at least). If you were really desperate to find them you could look on the Guru guild recruitment forums (one again, assuming you have a rough idea what your looking for) to see if they have a message.

Depends on what guild you're looking for really.
